Heartland Health Resource Center is a nonprofit organization committed to promoting overall wellness for people living in eastern South Dakota with HIV/AIDS, for at-risk individuals, and for their families. In May of 2011, Heartland Health Resource Center was incorporated as a non-profit in the State of South Dakota and was given 501(c)3 status with the federal Department of Treasury.
The majority of our funding comes from the State of South Dakota Department of Health through the Ryan White Part B CARE Program and HIV Prevention .
We also receive small grants from other private and public organizations and accept donations from caring individuals. If you would like to help us in this important cause please click here to donate.
